And buying all the wrong things and having to send everything back is a hassle we can all do without.
That's why we've introduced our new online personal shopping service, where a dedicated personal shopper guides you through the process. We'll transform the trawl into a smooth, enjoyable experience tailored to your unique style and preferences.
Here's how online shopping works:
(1) A briefing and inspiration session
We’ll start with a conversation about what you’re hoping to achieve. This could be anything from shopping for a specific event to exploring a weekend-style reboot.
We’ll also talk through your features, colouring, budget and lifestyle to make sure that our choices hit the spot. And we’ll ask you to share images of any particular looks you’d like to explore for extra inspiration.
(2) Your personal curated lookbook
Having got the lowdown on what you’re looking for, we’ll search online to find gorgeous pieces, and use them to curate your personal lookbook.
Each spread will feature a key look, using pieces and accessories to create versatile outfits, highlighting the best ways to wear them. The lookbook is interactive, and linked to the relevant websites, so you can buy your favourites with one click.
(3) A virtual preview
Once your lookbook is ready, we can book in a Zoom call where we’ll talk through our choices, looking at them together to discuss any possible amendment needed, as well as preferences, like we would do in an in-person shopping session. This will be your opportunity to shout out any forgotten detail or refine your shopping wish list. We’ll then finalize and deliver the lookbook to you.
It’s an easy way to streamline your internet shopping, so you only buy what you love, and love what you buy. And you’ll end up with a collection of new outfits that really work for you and your lifestyle.
Pricing for Curated Online Personal Shopping
(including up to 5 total looks)
1 session £450 (payment plans are available for this option; please get in touch to get a personalized quote).
2 sessions for £760 (or £269 upfront + £89/month for 6 months with the payment plan option);
4 sessions for £1250 (or £299 upfront + £89/month for 12 months with the payment plan option).
A one-off additional fee of £125 is required for first-time clients, alongside a questionnaire and some photos, to create the client’s profile and ad-hoc shopping research.
FAQ
Will you give me more options to choose from, for every look?
Yes, indeed. For every look, we’ll provide more item options for you to choose from. The look book will include a product chart with all the suitable options found, with a maximum of 5 options for each item. We want to give you a good range of choices that doesn’t feel overwhelming.
What if I need more than 5 looks?
You can ask for more looks, with an extra. For every additional look required we’ll add £89 on top of the initial cost of the service, that can be paid one off, or by extending your monthly plan (ie: 1 additional look for the 1 session option would cost £450 + £89 - if paid one-off - or £169 upfront + £89/mo for 5 months with the payment plan).
What if I forget something during our initial briefing, or if I think something is missing in the lookbook?
This is why we provide a preview of the lookbook :) Once the first draft will be ready, we’ll organise a zoom call to review it together. That will give you a chance to share any comments and ask for amendments/additions to the research. After that, we’ll finalize the lookbook and deliver it to you within the set deadline. This will streamline the process and make your experience truly personalized.
What if the product I ordered doesn’t fit/suit me?
We’ll do our best to make an ad hoc research, and recommend styles, materials and shapes that suit your features and needs, but, unfortunately, we cannot have control over the quality, performance and fit of the products. If you’re not sure about how certain pieces fit, we’ll be more than happy to support you and helping you decide, whether it is through photos or a quick video call. And remember, you’ll have other options available from the lookbook :)
What if I need to return something and the platform/website doesn’t allow free returns or refunds?
While trying to use established and safe shopping websites, that should guarantee returns and refunds as well as international shipments, we cannot have control over their policies, that’s why we always recommend to read the terms&conditions and return policies of each platform before submitting your orders, and opt for those who will provide free returns.
My size wasn’t available anymore when I went to order an item from the lookbook, what do I do?
When selecting the items for your lookbook we make sure your size is available, and we recommend you to look into it within two days to avoid any disappointments, as size availabilities can change rapidly. Remember, though, the lookbook will provide you with other options to choose from. We do our best to make sure you feel satisfied about this service and find what you are looking for!
