Here's how online shopping works:
(1) A briefing and inspiration session
We’ll start with a conversation about what you’re hoping to achieve. This could be anything from shopping for a specific event to exploring a weekend-style reboot.
We’ll also talk through your features, colouring, budget and lifestyle to make sure that our choices hit the spot. And we’ll ask you to share images of any particular looks you’d like to explore for extra inspiration.
Think of this as your personalised style quiz, where we’ll explore your style preferences, colouring, and lifestyle to create a look that feels truly ‘you’.
(2) Your personal curated lookbook
Having got the lowdown on what you’re looking for, we’ll search online to find gorgeous pieces, and use them to curate your personal lookbook.
Each spread will feature a key look, using pieces and accessories to create versatile outfits, highlighting the best ways to wear them. The lookbook is interactive, and linked to the relevant websites, so you can buy your favourites with one click.
(3) A virtual preview
Once your lookbook is ready, we can book a Zoom call where we’ll talk through our choices, looking at them together to discuss any possible amendment needed, as well as preferences, as we would do in an in-person shopping session.
This will be your opportunity to share any forgotten details or refine your shopping wish list. We’ll then finalise and deliver the lookbook to you.

Enhance your Personal Shopping experience with our Virtual Wardrobe Catalogue & Restyle add-on. After your shopping session, we’ll upload your new purchases alongside existing pieces from your wardrobe into an easy-to-use app. From there, we’ll create a curated selection of outfits, helping you build an inspiring and versatile capsule wardrobe.
This add-on ensures:
Seamless outfit planning with multiple styling combinations.
Identification of wardrobe gaps to guide future purchases.
Avoidance of duplicate items with everything in clear view.
Whether you’re refreshing your style or starting a capsule wardrobe from scratch, this service keeps your wardrobe organized, effective, and full of inspiration.
Pricing
Basic Virtual Wardrobe (Self-upload): you upload pictures of your items yourself, while we provide a restyling guide - £195 for the initial session.
Full Styling & Personalised Restyling: We upload pictures of your items and create looks - £395 for an initial setup and consultation;
Ongoing Support (Monthly): an ongoing service for continuous wardrobe assistance and updates: £75 per month.

Instead of a generic online quiz, we offer a fully personalised styling experience. During our briefing session, we explore your style preferences, wardrobe needs, and inspirations—tailoring our selections just like a style quiz, but with the expertise of a personal shopper.

For every look, we can provide more items to choose from if we find suitable options. We want to give you a good range of choices that don’t feel overwhelming.

You can ask for more looks, with a little extra. For every additional look required we’ll add £89 on top of the cost of the service.

This is why we offer a preview of the lookbook :) Once the first draft will be ready, we’ll organise a zoom call to review it together. That will give you a chance to share any comments and ask for amendments/additions to the research. After that, we’ll finalize the lookbook and deliver it to you. This will streamline the process and make your experience truly personalized.

We’ll do our best to make an ad hoc research, and recommend styles, materials and shapes that suit your features and needs; although we cannot have control on the quality, performance and fit of the products. If you’re not sure about how certain pieces fit, we’ll be more than happy to support you and helping you decide, whether it is through photos or a quick video call.
